Cat-Camel Exercise
Practise: Come to crawling position on the mat for cat position. While bringing your head closer to your back, push your waist and stomach towards the ground. For camel position, move your head closer to your chest and hump the waist and back. Wait for 5-10 sec in each position. Don't hold your breath.
Strengthening Exercises
Resistance Exercise
Practise: Select the elastic band with the appropriate resistance. Fasten one end to any object or make a loop and put it on your feet. Complete the movement of the muscle you want to resist with the tape stretched. Pay attention to the position of the head and trunk, the direction of force and resistance, and the planning of movement. Wait for a few seconds at the last point of the movement. Do not suddenly release the tape and hold your breath.
